One of the better steak places in the city that’s not going to break the bank. The New York strip was nicely done although not the most juiciest. The sirloin was tender. The sides were good. Service was friendly and took a little time. It’s a busy place so you may want to make a reservation. Overall a good experience and would recommend for steak enthusiasts.

Been here once in 10 years and honestly was pleased to see its still as good. That being said before I praise anything I will say the portions and proces have done what everything has. The food felt very limited, not very filling but amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. The chicken look amazing but 1 scope of potatoes makes the plate look empty and the shortness of the steak plate gave it the effect that I was eating a mini steak. Environment was well its in a mall so what do you expect. But that being said they make it feel like its a seperate place until you take the occasion glance at the parking lot of open door to the mall. My server was excellent and its so rare nowadays for a decent server "i directly blame owners for the lack of pay." Tips should be extra not to cover their bills. But besides that overall decent experience.

Tonight we had Emily as our server. She was fantastic and very helpful. I’m not a big drinker and she recommended the sunshine state and it was amazing (my boyfriend had 2 rum and cokes). We started with the pretzel bites and they were fantastic (would 100% recommend). They had a Valentine’s Day promotion going on ($75 for 2 people, salad appetizer main and desert so a pretty good deal but we opted out) For our main We both had the 6oz sirloin. My medium and his medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. I substituted my asparagus for Caesar salad (my boyfriend had the asparagus) both options were great. And the mashed potatoes were chef’s kiss. Total bill was just over $100 (which I would say it’s pretty good for what we got) Overall a great night, and we will be back.

Just had dessert. Service was friendly. I was happy with the delicious dessert. Next time, I'll give the food menu a try. I've eaten at some other State & Mains and they're pretty consistent overall with a wide variety of options.
